Make a pulse, make a purpose.

Logo and identity pack design for an educational non-profit in Tokyo.

THOUSAND-PORT is a non-profit organization based in Tokyo, Japan
They are offering workshops to students to encourage them to have their own purposes in their lives.

While the original meaning and the vision of the organization was “make thousand of departure for thousand of youth”, making an image of many routes was not the one they wanted to visualize. Instead, they wanted to visualize the moment of realizing “what I want to do in my life”.
With their workshops, Thousand-port makes youth to have their own purposes for lives.
The logo represents the pulse when they find their purposes, while suggesting the letter “千” (kanji for “thousand”).
